Responding to COVID-19 Wellness

Emergency or “Emerge ‘n’ See”

The world is turning to mush.

We are all being forced to slow down, go within and enter a liminal state filled with possibility.

I remember reading “Limits to Growth” in the early 1970s, in which the ‘Club of Rome’ pointed to the exponential increase in population, resource use and pollution, versus the capacity of a limited planet, and predicted modern civilization would come crashing down sometime around 2020.

It appears to be happening now.

We are experiencing a ‘global emergency’. No one really know what will emerge. You cannot see the butterfly from within the cocoon. If you break a cocoon open too early you only find mush. There is no half-way state, no butterpiller or catterfly.

I have anticipated total global transformation all my life and have great hope for us all. If we adopt the Wellness Manifesto , follow the ‘Recipe for Wellness‘, engage in daily activities to keep us ‘Chilled and Fulfilled‘, use the ‘10 Hacks to Relax‘ to control the immediate effects of stress, and perform Extreme Wellness Practices expand the limits of our physiology and allow us to become ‘Extreme Beings’, then perhaps we can ‘emerge ‘n’ see’ the creation of a new world, wonderful beyond our wildest imagination.

Wellness can be just as contagious as illness and our greatest hope is to spark a wellness pandemic that will help us become positively well and realise worldwide wellness.

We should not be scared of dying. Death is certain for us all. Rather, we should be terrified of not fully living and doing our best to create the world we want to live in.

The current ‘emergency’, is sure to transform us.

What happens now is up to us. It is the end of the world as we know it.

What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.

What will humanity ‘emerge ‘n’ see’?
