Quick Tips Responding to COVID-19 Wellness

Extreme Times Requires ‘Extreme Being’

These are extreme times and we are witnessing events of biblical proportions.

In the past few months in Australia we’ve seen the devastating effects of drought, fires, floods, hail and dust storms. In Melbourne the Yarra river ran red with the dust of a billion wild animals and a smoke signal from the fires traveled around the world heralding a wave of disease and massive social disruption. In these extreme times we need to rise to the occasion, tap into our superpowers and become ‘Extreme Beings’.

What is an ‘Extreme Being’?

Extreme Beings: Are masters of adaptation, they go where Red Bull meets Zen and pursue extreme comfort in every situation.

Extreme Beings: Act naturally and authentically from the deep inner-well of their being. They go with flow, using intention as a rudder and positive action as a paddle.

Extreme Beings: Do the best they can, from where they’re at, with what they’ve got. They focus on fun, generate solutions and continually wake to wellness.

Extreme Beings: Are self-reliant. They brew their own tonics, cook their own food, make their own medicines.

Extreme Beings: Don’t wage war on life, they befriend their biome.
Extreme Beings: Don’t worry about the future – they make their own future.
Extreme Beings: Don’t require fancy clothes – they’re happy in their skin.
Extreme Beings: Don’t need expensive memberships – their body is their club.

Extreme Beings:  Adopt the Wellness Manifesto, follow the ‘Recipe for Wellness‘, engage in daily activities to keep them ‘Chilled and Fulfilled‘, use the ‘10 Hacks to Relax‘ to control stress, and perform Extreme Wellness practices that explore the edge of their comfort zone and expand the limits of their physiology so they can become more of themselves.

Extreme Beings:  Believe the whole world is plotting to make them happy and fill their life with purpose and joy by connecting their personal wellbeing with the wellbeing of all life on earth.

Right now the world needs you to be the very best version of yourself and tap into your superpowers so you can help create solutions that can infect the world with good health.

Everything is connected and your personal growth and wellbeing contributes to the evolution of all.

Extreme ‘Being‘, helps you do what no-one else can: Become more of yourself.

We all need to become Extreme Beings, so we can navigate through this global ’emergency’ with grace and ease.

We are living in an extraordinary time of global transformation. We now have a chance to slowdown, reconnect to who we really are so after the current ’emergency’ we can ’emerge ‘n’ see’ a world that realises worldwide wellness.

It sure beats the alternative . . .
