Bathing is the cheapest, simplest and most effective way to treat and prevent viral infections, yet use of hydrothermal therapies such as baths, saunas and steam baths are being actively suppressed by health authorities and the mainstream media who have mounted a coordinated disinformation campaign against them.
Hydrothermal therapies directly inhibit and deactivate viruses, and there are multiple ways that heat activates your biochemistry, physiology and psychology to assist you to overcome viral pathogens. Hydrothermal treatments can also be safely used at home or in public facilities without medical prescription or medical supervision provided common-sense safety precautions are implemented.
• Take care: Heat can burn or scald and sudden changes in posture can lead to dizziness or fainting;
• Know your limits: Heat tolerance varies widely between individuals and within the same individual at different times. Use your comfort level as a guide to exposure and don’t go beyond the point of being ‘comfortably uncomfortable’.
• Be aware: Tune into your senses, monitor your tolerance and enjoy heat-induced ‘forced mindfulness’. Avoid extremes of temperature when under the influence of alcohol or drugs that impair your judgement;
I have documented the evidence for using heat to treat COVID-19 in a peer-reviewed paper and published papers that review the clinical benefits of sauna bathing and the results of our Global Sauna Survey. I have also previously posted how saunas are a solution for protection against viral infections and I produced a Position Paper on Hydrothermal Therapies for the Global Wellness Institute’s Hydrothermal and Hot Springs Initiatives that calls for bathing facilities that offer hydrothermal therapies to be considered ‘essential services’.
Heating your body in a hot bath, shower or steam room is a simple and effective way to out-source the energy needed to raise your body temperature to the environment and thus receive the immune-boosting effects of fever without the metabolic cost. Hydro-thermal therapies also build physiological resilience, reduce the risk of chronic diseases and all-cause mortality, and confer psychological benefits that include better sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced interpersonal connection and connection with nature.
Water is the most basic requirement for life and bathing is the cheapest, simplest and most effective health intervention on earth. Yet, currently one in three people on earth do not have access to clean water and therefore cannot wash away their urine, faeces, menstrual blood and sweat and more than 4000 children die every day from preventable waterborne disease, while women and girls in poor countries are forced to spend more than 200 million hours every day to simply collect water. To them water is time, opportunity and hope.
Bathing offers global health benefits beyond any pharmaceutical drug, vaccine, or any other medical technology and if the WHO and other health authorities were serious about global health they would support the Bathe the World Foundation and instigate a global campaign to bathe the world, rather than the current campaign to genetically modify the world with a rushed vaccine against a single virus that for the vast majority of people causes no symptoms or minor sniffles. If the money currently being spent on vaccines was spent on clean water, then surely most infectious diseases in the world would be eradicated, and global health would be boosted to a level where we could all travel freely without fear of infection.
We are being fed lies to deny us access to cheap safe and effective therapies and there is a global disinformation campaign that is promoting fear-porn and vastly exaggerated statistics about COVID cases and deaths. We are also being terrorized by draconian laws that demand us to submit to forced mask wearing, social distancing, temperature checks that normalise guns being put to our heads, and forced closure of businesses, schools and public sauna and bathing facilities.
There is also a war on fun and basic human freedoms. In the State of Victoria it is now illegal to go outside for more than one hour a day or to visit with friends, go to parks or beaches, attend religious services, weddings, funerals, social functions, parties, conferences, festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, or engage in communal singing, dancing, camping or hiking in nature.
We are being keep us sick, scared, helpless, jobless and immuno-suppressed, until we succumb to being digitally identified, tracked, traced, policed and forcibly vaccinated. Yet the solution we need maybe as simple as water and heat.
We do not need draconian lockdown measures or mandated vaccines, we just need to wake to wellness.
